SAVE announcement on reduced maximum validity periods for EADs

On January 12, 2026, the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (“SAVE”) published updated guidance on the Trump Administration’s reduction of maximum validity periods for certain Employment Authorization Documents (“EADs”).
